1. Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Custom, personalized, or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Process

  • To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at support@shopsuki.in with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  • We will provide instructions on how to ship the product back to us.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We may request photos of the damage or defect for verification.

  • Approved replacements will be sent free of charge.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
