At Shopsuki, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a product, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Custom, personalized, or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Process

To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at support@shopsuki.in with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

We will provide instructions on how to ship the product back to us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photos of the damage or defect for verification.

Approved replacements will be sent free of charge.
4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
